ACS provides an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through Magellan Health for all ACS employees around the globe, 24 hours a day, for our employees and their loved ones to get the support they need. Life presents us with challenges at work and at home on a daily basis. You do not have to face these alone, even if you're far away.

The following are resources and services available to ACS employees and their household dependents through the EAP:

  1. Online and coach-guided training for resilience, stress, and mental fitness
  2. Short-term counseling: One valuable way to work through personal or work issues is by talking with a professional. Employees and their families can meet with a licensed, EAP professional in person, via text message, or by live chat, video, or phone sessions. Three counseling sessions per year are included.
  3. 24-hour crisis help available by phone 1-800-450-1327
  4. Work-life resources to help with life challenges

    1. Complete activities such as breathing exercises, meditation, yoga, or journaling
    2. Track mood, sleep, stress and pain, and see your progress
    3. Complete confidential, self-paced digital cognitive behavioral therapy for anxiety and depression
    4. Sync with trackers like Fitbit, Garmin, and MyFitnessPal through Apple Health or Google Fit
  2. Confidential Telephonic Consultation and Referrals
    1. Access counseling services in-person or via four virtual modalities (text, live phone, live video, live chat)
  3. Work-Life Services
    1. You'll find a variety of resources and information to help you manage work and life, such as:

Are all EAP services provided at no cost to me?
Yes. Please note:
  1. The resource and referral assistance provided on childcare, eldercare, pet care, etc., for example, does not cover the cost of the services.
  2. For legal assistance and identity theft resources, members receive one (1) free 60-minute consultation. Additional consultations are available at discounted rates.
  3. For financial coaching, members receive three (3) free 30-minute consultations. Additional consultations are available at discounted rates.
