You can request a withdrawal from your John Hancock retirement plan in several ways, and the online process is the most efficient.

The preferred method is to log in to your account at myplan.johnhancock.com and submit your request through John Hancock's secure portal. This options is the most thorough and expeditious.

Our John Hancock 401(k) plan supports multiple withdrawal types, including loan requests for active employees (up to 3), hardship withdrawals, required minimum distributions, Qualified Domestic Relations Order (QDRO) withdrawals, and withdrawals for individuals who are eligible for a rollover, among others. Each withdrawal option includes specific requirements that will be outlined during the online request process.

Current or former employees who cannot complete the request online may also reach out directly to ACS HR to obtain a manual withdrawal form.
