How to start a chat or voice/video call on MS Teams.

Open MS Teams and select "Chat" from the upper left corner.

Click on the "Search" bar at the top of the page.

Type the name of the person you wish to start a conversation and start typing at the bottom of the page.

To Start an Audio Call with that person move your mouse over to the "audio call" icon and click on it.

The "audio call" icon is at the top right of the page.

Or to start a video call click the "video call" icon at the top right of the Teams window.
