Installing ACS HQ Xerox Print Drivers
1- Download the Xerox Global print drivers.
https://www.office.xerox.com/en-us/software-solutions/global-printer-driver
2- Extract the downloaded file to your desktop. If files are extracted to either OneDrive or DropBox the admin remoting into the workstation will not have access to those files; extract to the C: drive instead.
3- Click “Start” and type “Printers and Scanners”
4- Click “Add a printer or Scanner”
5- Select “The printer that I want isn’t listed”
6- Select “Add a printer using a TCP/IP address or hostname” and click “next”.
7- Go to “Hostname or IP address” and type the printer’s IP address (192.168.1.245) and click “next”
8- If asked leave everything default and click “next”
9- Click “have disk” and on the next window click “browse”.
10- Locate the driver files extracted from the second step and click “OK”.
11- Click “Next” four times and then “Finish”
