How To: Reset Your ACS Microsoft 365 Password
In the event
of account lockout or forgotten password, ACS empowers users to reset their own
passwords through our password portal.
Please create a new ticket if you run into any issues with the steps below
Follow these self-service steps to re-gain access to your account and reset your ACS Microsoft 365 account password:
- Enter your ACS email and the validation phrase code shown, then click next
- Verify your identity using any of the methods presented
- Once verified, Microsoft will guide you to resetting your ACS Microsoft 365 password
