Verification of Current or Prior Employment

Background

Verification of employment (VOE) requests for current or former ACS employees may be submitted by various authorized third-party agencies, including government agencies, mortgage lenders, prospective employers, collection agents, among others.

How to Submit a Verification of Employment (VOE) Request

  1. Preferred Method (fastest response): Submit your request using ACS Get Help
    1. Submit your request by creating a ticket here
    2. Choose "Human Resources" under department
    3. Choose "Verification of Employment Request" under classification
    4. Complete the requested information
    5. Upload a signed release using the file upload feature or send it directly to us securely via the ACS Secure File Transfer System here:

What information does ACS provide in response to a VOE request?

In response to a properly submitted and verified VOE request, ACS Human Resources limits the information shared to the following three items unless a signed release is provided authorizing additional information to be shared.
  1. Date of hire
  2. Date of termination
  3. Title while employed
