Bluetooth Issue on Surface Tablets

How to get bluetooth working on a Surface tablet


Power down your Surface. 

 

Press “volume up” and “power” at the same time, that will take you to the settings page.   

 

Go to “Devices”

 

Toggle Bluetooth “enable” to “disabled” and back to “enabled”.  Do it even if Bluetooth shows as being on.

 

Click “exit” and select “restart now”.
